Often taken for granted, the Safari web browser on the iPhone does a remarkably good job providing access to the rich universe of the Web, complete with links and graphics just like a desktop browser. 

For the best use of Safari, rely on the multitouch, pinch-zoom features of the iPhone for navigation.  Another tip for reading text is to use double-tapping to fit columns of text on the screen.
