Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission Report

The Financial Crisis Inquiry Commission has issued its report, now available online.  The Commission was created in 2009 by Congress as a bipartisan panel that would investigate the causes of the country’s financial meltdown, much as the 9/11 Commission examined the background of the attacks.
