In the January/February 2019 issue of the Iowa Library Association (ILA) newsletter, Catalyst, I wrote a brief introduction about the first ILA Leadership Institute and checking in with that cohort now. The next few posts to this blog will include the responses to my questions about their experiences and what advice they would give to new librarians.
