Literary Manuscripts (Berg) – Trial ended March 31, 2009.

Literary Manuscripts is drawn from the nineteenth century holdings of the Henry W. and Albert A. Berg Collection of English and American Literature from the New York Public Library. While the holdings of the Berg extend from 1480 to the present day, its most extensive holdings date from the nineteenth century. Fifteen author collections were selected with guidance from Dr Isaac Gewirtz, curator of the collection. They were selected with reference to the importance of each authors’ contribution to Victorian literature, and the strength and significance of the Berg’s holdings for that author. Eighteenth Century Journals Portal – Trial ended May 15, 2009.

This Portal brings together rare journals printed between c1685 and 1815, illuminating all aspects of eighteenth-century social, political and literary life. Many are ephemeral, lasting only for a handful of issues, others run for several years. Topics covered are extremely wide-ranging and include: colonial life; provincial and rural affairs; the French and American revolutions; reviews of literature and fashion throughout Europe; political debates; and London coffee house gossip and discussion. e-EROS Encyclopedia of Reagents for Organic Synthesis – Trial ended December 31, 2009.

The online version of the critically acclaimed Encyclopedia of Reagents for Organic Synthesis utilizes the full potential of the web by allowing alphanumeric searches through e-EROS and across all Wiley products, and by allowing chemical structure, substructure and reaction searching straight from a chemist’s desktop. It contains a database of around 70,000 reactions and around 4000 of the most frequently consulted reagents and is fully searchable by structure and substructure, reagent, reaction type, experimental conditions etc. and allows sophisticated full text searches.
