AHIP Distinguished, the highest of four levels, requires a minimum of 10 years of full-time professional work experience as well as a significant number of professional accomplishments over the prior five years.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Healy has served since March as Chair of MLA\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mlanet.org\/p\/cm\/ld\/fid=440\">Systematic Review Services Specialization Workgroup<\/a>\u2014which develops and maintains the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mlanet.org\/p\/cm\/ld\/fid=1893\">Systematic Review Services Specialization<\/a>\u2014and in June received an official one-year appointment as Chair. Healy also serves on the <a href=\"https:\/\/mcmla45.wildapricot.org\/executive-board\">Executive Board<\/a> of the Midwest Chapter of the Medical Library Association as the chapter\u2019s Representative to the MLA <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mlanet.org\/page\/about-chapter-council\">Chapter Council<\/a>.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/orcid.org\/0000-0001-6370-2251\">Heather Healy&#8217;s ORCID profile<\/a><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Heather Healy, MA, MLS, AHIP was appointed a distinguished member of the Academy of Health Information Professionals (AHIP) in May.
