Beginning Friday, June 26, 2009 Newton Road from Riverside Drive to Westlawn will be restricted to one lane. This restriction is in effect to widen the road around the curve. The restriction will be in place until at least August 16, 2009.
Delays will occur. You are encouraged to access the Newton Road parking ramp or Hardin’s meters from the West (near Dental Sciences). Lot 10 permit holders can also access the Newton Road Ramp via US Highway 6.
Bus Information:
- Cambus does not know how their routes will be affected. Information should be available on Sunday.
- Iowa City Transit buses will run regular routes, but may be delayed.
- Coraville Transit buses will run regular routes, but may be delayed.
