NEXUS<\/a>, the College of Engineering<\/a>, Hancher<\/a>, and the Lichtenberger Engineering Library<\/a> have joined together to sponsor the inaugural
\n“Capture your Research! Image Competition!<\/strong>“<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Engineering students, faculty, and staff are invited to submit one<\/em> image which captures the essence of their research. Entries will be judged on originality\/creativity, aesthetics \u2013 appeal of the image, relationship between the image and the research, and clarity of the written description. <\/p>\n

The inspiration for Capture your Research! Image Competition<\/strong><\/a> came from a similar project at the University of Alberta.<\/a>  You can see example of images submitted to the University of Alberta competition here<\/a>. <\/p>\n

Our competition will have prize categories for undergraduate, graduate, faculty\/staff (including the research labs\/centers), and people\u2019s choice.<\/p>\n

There will be 4 prize categories from which winners will be selected. There will be a 1st<\/sup> and 2nd<\/sup> place awarded in each category. <\/p>\n
