Where to find it: <\/strong>\u00a0You can find it here<\/a>, and under \u201cC\u201d on Databases A to Z page<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Use it to find: <\/strong>Authoritative and interpretive literature on accounting, auditing, and related topics.\u00a0 <\/strong>This content includes standards from bodies such the FASB, AICPA, IASB, GAO, and SEC.<\/p>\n

Tips for Browsing:<\/strong><\/p>\n

CCH ARM offers a variety of browsing options.\u00a0 There are three key entry points to begin browsing content from the home screen.<\/p>\n

    \n
  1. Left Navigation Pane (See area \u201c1\u201d in image). In addition to browsing options, this section offers a number of search tools such as \u201cFASB Goto #,\u201d \u201c10-K Lookup,\u201d and a basic general search.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
      \n
    1. News and Updates can be found at the top center of the page (See area \u201c2\u201d in image).<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n
        \n
      1. The Quick Links section takes up the bulk of the home page (see area \u201c3\u201d in image). It offers easy access to standards or interpretations and examples under each of the following topic areas:\u00a0 Accounting, SEC, Auditing, and Government.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        Tips for Searching:<\/strong><\/p>\n

        As noted above, Basic searching begins via the search box on the left side of the screen (See area \u201c1\u201d in image above).\u00a0 This option searches all content in CCH ARM.<\/p>\n

        \"CCH<\/a><\/p>\n

        The Advanced Search option can be accessed via the link just above the basic search box.<\/p>\n

        This option allows one to focus a search on specific publications or standards bodies; choose the number of results to display per page and how to sort them (by relevance or alphabetically); search word variants; fuzzy search (to account for alternate international spellings); and search within results.<\/p>\n

        Document colors indicate document types:<\/p>\n

        White = authoritative guidance<\/p>\n

        Buff = interpretive guidance<\/p>\n

        Blue = proposal stage literature<\/p>\n
