In order to find full-text articles, please change some settings in Google Scholar<\/a>.\u00a0\u00a0 This change is necessary due to the libraries moving to a new electronic management system called UILink.<\/p>\n

  1. Please use the library link to Google Scholar<\/a>, so you can be identified as a University of Iowa affiliate.\u00a0<\/strong>
    \n    http:\/\/purl.lib.uiowa.edu\/GoogleSch<\/p>\n

  2. Click on Settings in Google Scholar.<\/strong>

  3. Select\u00a0Library links\u00a0<\/em>and uncheck boxes<\/em> under the search bar
    \n<\/strong>
    \n\"screen<\/li>\n
  4. Type Iowa<\/em> into the search bar and select The University of Iowa – ViewIt@UILink<\/em> and Save<\/em><\/strong>

  5. After you complete a search in Google Scholar, you should see a results screen like this.\u00a0 Click on ViewIt@UILink<\/em> \u00a0to view full-text article.<\/strong>
