		<description>I wonder how many electronic copies one will have to store of each unique document in order to preserve them. I mean a hardware failure will be devastating for any archive completely based on digital storage.</description>

		<description>This looks like a great work in progress.  However, I don't see the Cleveland Clinic appearing on the home page and the first page of the chapters.  This is important to let clinicians and others know the source and responsibility for oversight of the project.</description>
