Due to extensive renovations of its HVAC system, the Hardin Library building will be closed this summer, beginning Saturday, May 14, through Tuesday, August 16 (reopening Wednesday, August 17). However, library services will still be available.

While Hardin is closed, temporary locations will be set up in MERF and the College of Pharmacy.  At those locations, users will be able to consult with library staff, use reserve and reference materials as well as simulation center equipment, check out laptops, and use computers.  Watch the blog for more details as our plans are finalized!

Work being done this summer in Hardin includes replacement of HVAC (heating-ventilation-air conditioning) ductwork and ceiling tiles, as well as upgrading lighting.  These improvements are being done to make the library more energy efficient.
