The best way to make images findable on the Internet is to apply careful tagging techniques, assigning appropriate words to images so that they can be found by Google Image Search.
We have recently begun applying the extensive tagging experience we have with Hardin MD to images from UIHC — See for example images from the Dermatology Department and the College of Dentistry.
