Chat with Library staff — no special software needed! The Pomerantz Business Library now uses the Meebo interface. Just go to the Chat Live section and type in a question. Assistance is available:
Monday - Thursday, 9 am - 6pm
Friday, 9 am - 5 pm
Saturday, Noon - 5pm
If you have your own chat program, add uiowabuslib to your buddy list on AOL, Yahoo, Google, or Meebo. For MSN, users may need to enter UIowaBusLib@hotmail.com.
If chat is offline, e-mail or phone 319-335-3077. Important note: Messages are carried on non-university systems. Please refer to the network provider’s privacy policy before sending confidential information.
